Lyter Living Serviced Apartments originates from when I was travelling for work and staying in hotel rooms, had I have known what I know now I would have opted for a serviced apartment every time. Alongside the corporate lets after having children it changed the way we travel and we always prefer an apartment as opposed to a hotel room purely for the space and convenience of the facilities in an apartment.
Having experienced staying away from home so much in hotel rooms my vision is to provide high end facilities at affordable prices, comfortable and with all the necessities that you would require. One of my biggest bugbears was not having access to WiFi and so all our apartments offer free wifi.
Having the flexibility of cooking for yourself or eating out was another big one for me as it got to a point where i actually didn’t enjoy eating out anymore whilst i was away on work trips so ensuring our kitchens are fully equipped with what you need to cook a meal was also important to me.
Comfort, when you’ve been either working long hours or travelling from a distance you really need a comfortable bed to sleep on and so we ensure our beds are comfortable.
Funnily enough all of the above apply when you are travelling with a young family so it became very evident that these facilities were important to a number of people in different circumstances.
