What if i need to cancel my reservation?
Our standard cancellation policy is 30 days. For corporate and extended stay guests we have other options available too.
What payment methods are available?
We take all major credit and debit cards, Paypal and Bank transfer options are also available.
Do you accommodate Stags and Hens?
Unfortunately these apartments are in residential blocks and so we do not accommodate any parties or functions.
Can you arrange a taxi for us from the airport?
Yes please contact us to arrange this.
Will someone meet me at the property?
All our apartments are self check in and you will be sent the access instructions 24hrs prior to your arrival.
Can i bring my pet?
Many apartment blocks do not allow pets so please check with us to see which ones do and availability.
Do you cater for mid to long stays?
Yes we do please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.
If i want additional cleaning can this be arranged?
As long as we have plenty of notice we can arrange this for you subject to availability of our cleaners.
When can we check in?
Any time from 3pm unless you have agreed an earlier check in time.
What time is check out?
All check out ar by 10 am unless prior approval has been agreed for a later check out.
Is parking available?
Most of our apartments have on site parking, if there is no on site parking there will be a payable car park not far.
Is there Wifi at the apartments?
All our apartments come with free Wifi.
Do we need to bring our own linen?
All our apartments come with fresh linen and towels.
